As requested, various class plans have been made available. For those choosing the single class option, any contribution is appreciated, and will serve in keeping these classes going (suggested donation $10-25 single contribution). However, this is not required and all are welcome to practice regardless of one's ability to contribute. Please feel free to reach out via email with questions. Maintaining our community and the strength we derive from it is of the utmost importance to me and has been the impetus for me starting these offerings.
